Join the 2024 International Residential Code and International Building Code classes
Are you a builder or contractor in Mesa County looking to enhance your knowledge of best building practices and stay up to date on current codes? The Mesa County Building Department and the Home Builders Association of Western Colorado are offering a 2024 International Residential Code Class from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, and a 2024 International Building Code class on Wednesday, April 2, at the Mesa County Fairgrounds Community Building, 2785 U.S. Highway 50.
These classes are designed to provide practical insights and skills to navigate residential and building codes effectively and inform on significant changes from the prior codes. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting in the industry, these classes are must-attend events.
Registration
The deadline to register is Friday, March 28, 2025. To secure a spot, fill out the registration form and email your completed form to mccomdev@mesacounty.us.
