Commissioners give update on Denver immigration challenges

During the regular administrative public hearing held on Feb. 13, the Mesa County Commissioners provided an update on the immigration challenges Denver, Colo., faces and discussed their proposed plan to consider adopting a resolution to clarify that Mesa County is not a sanctuary county and consider a letter to Denver Mayor Mike Johnston at their next administrative public hearing on Feb. 20.
