County and Faith Heights enter lease agreement for property

At the Mesa County Commissioners' administrative public hearing on May 7, they approved a 13-month lease between Mesa County and Faith Heights for the property at 600 28 1/4 Road in Grand Junction.

Mesa County will lease the building to Faith Heights for the 13-month span to make use of the space while the County continues designing plans for the building's future renovation.
