Mesa County shares vision and priorities for the future
Mesa County is planning with purpose.
The Board of Mesa County Commissioners and County Administrator Todd Hollenbeck have released a new video highlighting how the Strategic Plan is guiding decisions, shaping budget priorities and keeping the County focused on serving residents.
By sharing the story behind the Strategic Plan, leadership hopes to bring clarity, consistency and transparency to the County’s long-term direction.
In the video, each Commissioner and the County Administrator speak directly about the values driving the plan, from fiscal responsibility to public safety, infrastructure, and support for families and businesses, as well as how the plan ensures accountability and keeps County government aligned with what matters most to residents.
The Strategic Plan is more than a document. It’s a living framework that helps guide the County’s resources toward the greatest areas of need and impact.
