Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s "Clifton Opportunities Now for Vibrant Economic Yields Act,” also known as the CONVEY Act, was officially signed into law over this past weekend. The legislation directs the Bureau of Land Management to sell a parcel of land to Mesa County for economic development in Clifton, Colorado. This is the third piece of legislation sponsored or negotiated by Congresswoman Boebert to be signed into law as part of the 118th Congress.

“Congresswoman Boebert refused to back down when it came to fighting for her constituents and passing a solution that worked for everyone," said Mesa County Commissioner Janet Rowland. "After years of roadblocks and stoppages, we are so excited to see the CONVEY Act finally signed into law and for new economic opportunities to become a reality for the people of Mesa County."
