The 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office will host a Warrant Forgiveness Day from 12 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, at the Mesa County Justice Center, 125 N. Spruce St. 

The goal is to assist individuals with active warrants in obtaining a new court date and potentially resolving their entire case. No arrests will take place at this event if you have a qualifying warrant. 

Qualifying warrants include:

  • Misdemeanor
  • Petty offense
  • Traffic offense
  • Felony 5
  • Felony 6
  • Drug felony 4
  • Probation violation within the above offenses 

We aim to help individuals get back on track with their court responsibilities, enabling them to focus on stability and ultimately achieve success in their lives. 

The Mesa County Probation Office and Mesa County Criminal Justice Services Department will assist with resource navigation and program concerns at the event. 

Grand Valley Transit (GVT) is free for anyone who wants to utilize GVT to attend this event on Oct. 18.
