​Elections to ​continue ​partnership for ​ballot ​printing and ​mailing

​On Aug. 12, 2025, Mesa County​ Commissioners approved a $129,800 agreement between Mesa County Elections and Runbeck Election Services, LLC to print and mail ballots for the 2026 June Primary and 2026 November General Elections.

Runbeck will handle the complete process of preparing mail ballot packets for voters. This includes:

• Printing official ballots for all precincts.
• Preparing ballot packets with instructions and return envelopes.
• Ensuring each voter receives the correct ballot style for their precinct.
• Mailing ballots in compliance with all state rules and deadlines.

The agreement also includes strict quality control measures, from proofing ballot designs to on-site inspections during printing and mailing.

Accurate and timely ballot printing and mailing are essential to ensuring every eligible voter in Mesa County can participate in elections. By continuing to work with Runbeck, Elections can maintain the security and efficiency voters expect
