CDOT provides grant to Mesa County Regional Transportation Planning Office for 2026

During their Oct. 21 hearing, Mesa County Commissioners approved a $413,950 grant agreement between Mesa County and the Colorado Department of Transportation for the Consolidated Planning Grant/year 2026.

The Consolidated Planning Grant provides funding that allows the Grand Valley Regional Transportation Committee and the Mesa County Regional Transportation Planning Office to continue the federally mandated transportation planning responsibility for the Grand Junction/Mesa County Urbanized Area.
