Mesa County Workforce Center invites community to open house
In celebration of Workforce Development Month, The Mesa County Workforce Center, 512 29 ½ Road, is opening its doors to the community for a special open house from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24.
This event offers job seekers, employers and community members the chance to explore a wide range of no-cost programs and services. From career coaching and job search support to training opportunities and business resources, we help individuals and organizations reach their goals. Guests will enjoy guided walk-through tours of the building, where they’ll see the different spaces where services take place and meet staff who are ready to assist.
Whether you are looking for a new career path, need recruiting resources for your business or simply want to learn more about the services available at the Workforce Center, this event is the perfect chance to see it all in action.
“The Workforce Center plays an essential role in supporting the local economy by connecting talent with opportunity,” says Workforce Center Director Heather Nara. “This open house offers a firsthand look at how we bring together job seekers, employers and community partners to build a stronger, more resilient workforce.”
