The Mesa County Workforce Development Board is pleased to invite local businesses to a Skills-First Talent Development Training!
This workshop will equip your leadership to adopt a skills-first approach for recruiting and retaining talent in your organization.
Topics will include skills mapping, writing skills-first job descriptions and skills-first screening and interviewing.
