When do you need this Permit?
Work impacts Aerial Space of a Mesa County Right-of-Way
It's required to obtain a permit if any of the following are impacted:
- Overhead power lines
- Telephone lines
- Fiber optic lines
Regulations and rules
- Apply for the permit at least 15 working days prior to starting your project.
- You may be required to submit:
- Traffic Control Plan prepared by a certified Traffic Control Supervisor.
- Written narrative of your work.
