Lease agreement extended between Mesa County and Faith Heights

The Board of Mesa County Commissioners approved a lease agreement extension between Mesa County and Faith Heights from June 1, 2025, through Feb. 28, 2026, during their regular public hearing on March 25. 

Mesa County is extending the lease for the property at 600 28 1/4 Road in Grand Junction to allow Faith Heights time to complete its new building. 

Faith Heights’ new building is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2026. 

The initial 13-month lease between Mesa County and Faith Heights was approved at the Mesa County Commissioners' public hearing on May 7, 2024.
