The Mesa County Treasurer's Office sent out 2024 property tax bills, and you can expect your statement in the mail as soon as today, Feb. 20, 2024. Property tax bills are also accessible on Mesa County's website.

Mpox vaccines available at Public Health Clinic

A small number of mpox cases, formerly known as monkeypox, are confirmed in Mesa County. The local disease surveillance team is working collaboratively with local health systems and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to identify and limit exposure to others.

Paint purchase approved to re-stripe Mesa County roads

Did you know Mesa County sustains over 400 miles of striped roads? That's a lot of ground to cover, so this week, the Mesa County Commissioners approved a $297,960 purchase of 15,000 gallons of white paint and 11,100 gallons of yellow paint, gearing us up for plans to re-stripe every Mesa County road this year.
