License information
Marijuana Cultivation licenses in Colorado are regulated by the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) of the Department of Revenue. The state provides separate licensing pathways for medical and retail (recreational) cultivation. Businesses must obtain both a state and local license before they can legally operate.
