Mesa County Public Health’s website has moved and is now integrated under the Mesa County website at mesacounty.us. The new website has improved navigation and accessibility features. Additionally, the community will have access to all Mesa County resources in one place.

Mesa County administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, and Monday, Jan. 1, for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Mesa County Public Health has been made aware of a recall involving various granola bars and cereal that were sold in all 50 states, and may have been distributed in Mesa County.

The MESA Q-6.8 Bridge Rehabilitation Project, located on Highway 6 and 50 near the Utah border, will move forward with Phase II of the project as it got the stamp of approval from the Board of Mesa County Commissioners during the administrative public hearing on Dec. 12.

This week, the Mesa County Commissioners and Town of De Beque Manager Care' McInnis took a trip to 305 E. Fourth St. to view progress on the De Beque Community Center and gleefully imagine the upcoming gathering space full of De Beque community members enjoying the versatile space, anticipated to open in the fall of 2024.
