Mesa County commits local match for Orchard Avenue Safety and Connectivity Project

Mesa County has ratified a letter to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration committing a $4,080,849.50 local match for the Orchard Avenue (E ½ Road) Safety and Connectivity Project, which is part of the Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Grant.
