The Stormwater Program’s Water Sampling and Support Project is moving into phase two after the $118,800 contract to complete stormwater sampling and analysis was approved at the Commissioners’ June 24 public hearing.

Mesa County recently initiated a project to assess the condition of all roads maintained by Mesa County at the Commissioners’ June 24 public hearing. Residents may see Roadway Asset Services, LLC (RAS) vehicles driving around neighborhoods and other County roads, collecting relevant data to best inform Mesa County Engineering’s management plan for scheduling maintenance and replacement of the paved roadway network.

The Juvenile Diversion Program, offered by the 21st Judicial District Attorney’s (DA) Office, serves as a proactive and restorative alternative to traditional prosecution for eligible youth in Mesa County. While the DA’s Office oversees all juvenile cases in the County, its approach is rooted in supporting positive youth development and prioritizing the best interests of the child.
