How to identify the dalmatian toadflax noxious weed

This National Invasive Species Awareness Week, we are highlighting noxious weeds that can be found in our area to bring awareness and education to our community. When residents have the proper knowledge, they can report the noxious weed to Mesa County so we can treat it before it causes a larger problem. The dalmatian toadflax is a noxious weed established in high-elevation areas near Mesa and Molina with the ability to aggressively invade pastures, forests, and disturbed sites by forming monocultures that degrade grazing lands for cattle and wildlife.
