Mesa County Public Health has issued a No Burn Advisory starting on Friday, December 20 at 10 a.m. until further notice due to air quality concerns.

At the Dec. 17 administrative public hearing, the Mesa County Assessor Brent Goff gave a detailed presentation to the Board of Mesa County Commissioners and public attendees to update our community on his office’s work.

During this holiday season, Mesa County Animal Services extends a heartfelt thank you to our community for helping many displaced animals find their forever homes this year. Thanks to your support and the generous contributions of local organizations, we successfully placed approximately 350 animals into new homes in 2024.

Residents of Mesa County will drive into the new year on smoother roads now that the Mesa County Road and Bridge team has completed their 2024 Overlay project, which addressed four surface treatment road projects in areas of the Redlands, Orchard Mesa, and Clifton.
